How delivery works
If independent delivery agents are not yet available in your area, you may need to introduce a driver who can register as an Express Agent.
In supported areas, orders may be assigned to the available Express Agent network. All merchant deliveries must be completed through the Express Agent app; third-party courier services are not supported.
Fees
ubazol charges a 35% commission on sales. You may include this commission when setting your selling prices.
There are no activation or startup fees, hidden fees, fixed-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Payouts
Merchant payouts are made weekly by EFT. Orders completed from Monday to Sunday are paid on or before the following Wednesday.
Bank and public holidays may affect payout timing.
Store responsibilities
ubazol provides the marketplace and does not trade in the products listed by merchants.
Each merchant is responsible for sourcing and handling its stock and for setting its selling prices.
