I haven't received a tracking link.

If you have not received a tracking SMS yet, your order may still be being prepared — the link is sent once a driver picks up your order. When it arrives, check your SMS messages for a message from Ubazol and tap the link. You can also track via the Ubazol app for Android (available on the Play Store), or on the web — log in, tap the icon at the top right of the page, and go to Orders.
